Jane Scott, Business Manager 

Drew’s wife, Jane Scott assures that the office runs smoothly, overseeing all of the systems and procedures. She uses her knowledge and over 15 years experience to assist the Team members so that you receive the highest level of professional service. Jane always has the goal of you becoming a client for life! Through Jane’s input, the Team has been able to put every effective system in place. Jane is very creative at matching people with properties and is a huge part of our business! 

Jennifer Ells, Client Care Manager 

Jennifer Ells attends to all the details of your listing and transaction. Jennifer helps to manage Drew’s extensive marketing program; she places advertisements in the multitude of media that Drew uses to get your home seen and/or find your dream home! Jennifer enters your home on our website, gives you feedback on your showings and, through Jenn, you remain in constant communication with the all of the Team, at all times! Jennifer is there for YOU! 

James Scott, Licensed Buyer Representative 

James Scott is a bright young man who’s number one priority is helping people find the perfect home! Prior to real estate, James assisted in the Pro Shop of the Pembroke Golf Club and did an “experience” placing with Murphy Ford where he excelled in sales and customer satisfaction. James is the son of Drew and Jane – he has Real Estate in his blood!
